COURSE OVERVIEW:
Located at the south end of the Strip, Callaway has dug its own nitch in the golfing arena -- literally. Its bowl-shape secludes players from almost any hint of traffic noise with only the occasional airplane zipping overhead to remind you that you're not at a remote oasis.
Covering 43 lush acres, it boasts nine holes, dubbed "The Divine Nine," all of them par three. This executive-length, lighted course is a delight to play as well as view -- with its rock-strewn water cascades, lakes, bowed wooden bridge and meandering stream. It's good for all levels, with holes running between 125 and 200 yards in length and P.G.A.-quality 6,000-square-foot greens.
